Why we started
North Vegas Dental was born out of a frustration with the way dental care often feels — rushed, impersonal, and intimidating. We wanted to create something different: a practice where patients feel genuinely welcomed, where questions are encouraged, and where the focus is always on long-term health rather than quick fixes.
We opened our doors in North Las Vegas because this community deserves world-class dental care close to home. Since day one, we've been committed to combining the warmth of a neighborhood practice with the technology and expertise of a modern dental office.

Lead Dentist
Dr. Guan brings compassionate, high-quality dental care to the North Las Vegas community. A graduate of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, he has over a decade of experience spanning cosmetic dentistry, implants, and full-mouth restorations. Dr. Guan is known for his calm chairside manner, his meticulous attention to detail, and his genuine commitment to making every patient feel at ease. When he's not in the office, he enjoys exploring the Nevada outdoors and spending time with his family.

Nadia K Garcia
Practice Manager
Nadia brings 26 years of dental experience to North Vegas Dental, and it shows in everything she does. Originally from California, she relocated to Nevada and quickly became the heart of our front office. Her caring, detail-oriented nature means no question goes unanswered and no patient feels rushed. Outside the office, Nadia is a proud dog lover — and she'll happily show you photos.

Leslie has been a dental assistant since 2017 and was raised in Las Vegas. She brings a warm, family-first energy to every appointment — patients aren't just patients to her, they're family. Known for making even nervous visitors feel right at home, Leslie is also always up for trying something new, whether that's the latest dental technique or a new restaurant down the street.
